At Sweet on Crumbs™, all of our cookies are baked fresh to order in small batches, with limited weekly availability. Because of this, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, cancellations, returns, exchanges, or order modifications once an order has been placed.
🛑 All Sales Are Final
Once your order is confirmed, it is automatically added to our weekly baking reports. These reports act as our production blueprint — they dictate exactly what we prep, bake, print, and pack for each week.
For this reason, we cannot make changes after checkout, including:
- Changing cookie flavors
- Changing edible-image themes or designs
- Adjusting quantities
- Updating your shipping address
- Changing the shipping method
- Adding discount codes or promotions
- Cancelling your order
Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
☀️ Summer Shipping Reminder
During warmer months, melting or softening may occur in transit — especially with stuffed cookies, toppings, and butter-rich items. This is cosmetic only and does not affect taste or quality.
We do not provide refunds, exchanges, or replacements for:
- Melted or softened stuffed cookies
- Smudged toppings or decorative elements
- “Deflated” or misshapen cookies caused by heat
Cookies shipped during summer are sent at your own risk.
Please retrieve your package promptly upon delivery.
❄️ Winter Shipping Reminder
During colder months, cookies may arrive firm due to low temperatures. This is normal for butter-based baked goods.
- ½-Pound Cookies: Allow to return to room temperature or follow the reheating instructions on your product page or care card.
- Edible-Image Cookies: Do not heat or warm. Allow them to soften naturally at room temperature only.
Cold cookies are not stale — they simply need time to warm up.
📦 Shipping Issues
Sweet on Crumbs™ is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays or extended transit times
- Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages
- Packages marked “delivered” but not received
- Spoilage due to delivery delays
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered at checkout
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.
💥 Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a quality issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To help us assist you, include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the packaging + cookies
- A brief description of the issue
While we do not guarantee refunds or replacements, we will review concerns case by case and assist where appropriate.
