At Sweet on Crumbs, all orders are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations. Stock is extremely limited and made fresh to order.
All Sales Are Final
We do not accept modifications, returns, exchanges, or cancellations on any orders once placed.
Please take a moment to review your order carefully before checking out, as we’re unable to make any modifications once it has been placed (this includes changing flavors, quantities, addresses, shipping options or
adding discounts/promotions/free items after checkout). Our weekly baking reports are like our blueprint — they tell us exactly what to prepare, in what quantities, and when. Once your order is confirmed, it’s locked into these reports. Making changes afterward can create discrepancies, which may lead to mistakes, delays, or wasted product.
By keeping all orders final once placed, we can ensure your cookies are baked to order, packed fresh, and shipped on time — with every batch turning out exactly as intended.
Summer Shipping Reminder
During warmer months, some melting of toppings, fillings, or decorations may occur in transit. This does not affect the taste or quality of the product.
- We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or replacements for cookies that arrive melted or “deflated."
- To avoid spoilage, please retrieve your package promptly and refrigerate if soft.
Cookies are shipped at your own risk during summer. By ordering, you acknowledge this risk and accept full responsibility.
Shipping Issues
Sugar Bliss Bakery is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier
- Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages
- Orders marked as "delivered" that are not received
- Spoilage due to delivery delays or incorrect shipping info
Please consider this prior to placing a order. If your package was lost or damaged in transit, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a quality issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

- Include your order number
- Attach clear photos of the packaging and product
- Provide a brief description of the issue
While we do not guarantee refunds or replacements, we will review your concerns on a case-by-case basis and do our best to make it right where appropriate.
