2. COOKIE ORDER POLICIES

SUMMER SHIPPING NOTICE — PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING! ☀️

Melting may occur during warmer months. This includes toppings, fillings, and decorative elements.

• Once your cookies arrive, place them in the fridge until firm. Quality and taste will not be affected.
• Stuffed cookies are shipped at your own risk. We do not offer replacements or refunds for melted or "deflated" cookies.
• Keep an eye on your tracking number and retrieve your order as soon as it’s delivered. We are not responsible for spoilage due to unattended packages.

Order Confirmation
All cookie orders must be paid in full at checkout.

All sales are final and non-refundable.

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once confirmed.

We do not offer local pickup—cookie orders are shipped Canada-wide only.

Made-to-Order Process
All cookies are handcrafted in small batches using high-quality ingredients.

Limited quantities of each flavor are stocked weekly—once sold out, the batch is closed.

Cookies are heat-sealed for freshness and may be safely frozen upon arrival.

Order Cut-Off & Shipping Schedule
Orders placed by Friday at 11:59 PM EST will ship the following Monday.

Orders placed after Friday at 11:59 PM EST will ship the Monday after next.

We do not offer same-day dispatch, weekend shipping, or rush orders.

3. SHIPPING POLICIES
Transit Times & Carriers
We ship via Canada Post, Purolator, UniUni, ChitChats, and UPS based on your location.

Delivery times shown at checkout are carrier estimates and do not include our production time.

Estimated Delivery Times:

Ontario: 1–2 business days (up to 5 for rural areas)

Outside Ontario: 1–7 business days, depending on region and carrier timelines

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

Sugar Bliss Bakery is not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

We are unable to reroute or edit orders once they have been processed.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
Once shipped, we are not liable for any loss, delay, or damage caused by the carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include photos.

We are not responsible for spoilage due to:

Late or missed deliveries

Incorrect addresses

Packages left unattended or unclaimed

4. REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
Due to the perishable nature of our products:

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

If there is a quality concern upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to assist you.

5. FOOD ALLERGY DISCLAIMER
Our bakery is not a nut-free facility. Products may contain or come into contact with:
Eggs, milk, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the risk. Sugar Bliss Bakery is not responsible for allergic reactions.

6. PRODUCT INTEGRITY & STORAGE
Cookies are heat-sealed for maximum freshness.

Cookies may firm up during cold transit due to high butter content—this is normal.

Let them come to room temp or gently warm before enjoying.

Cookies may be safely frozen upon arrival in their sealed bags.

We are not responsible for spoilage due to improper storage after delivery.

7. DIGITAL CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All photos, logos, copy, and materials on our website and social platforms are property of Sugar Bliss Bakery.

These may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

We reserve the right to use photos of our products for promotional purposes.
