🛑 Order Changes & Modifications

Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to make any modifications — including changes to:

• Flavors
  
• Quantities
  
• Designs
  
• Themes
  
• Shipping details or addresses
  

Our baking and production system runs on weekly baking reports, which are generated the moment your order is confirmed. Adjustments afterward create inconsistencies that affect our schedule, accuracy, and freshness.

🚚 Shipping Schedule

We ship one day per week — Mondays.

Cut-off times vary by product:

½-Pound Cookie Bombs

• Order by Friday at 11:59 PM EST → Ships the following Monday
  
• Orders placed after Friday 11:59 PM → Ship the Monday after next
  

Edible Image Cookies

• Order by Tuesday at 11:59 PM EST → Ships the following Monday
  
• Orders placed after this cut-off → Ship the Monday after next
  

No rush orders, weekend shipping, or same-day dispatch is available.

These timelines reflect transit time only and do not include our production window.

Within Ontario

• 1–2 business days
  
• Up to 6 business days for rural/remote areas
  

Outside of Ontario

• 1–8 business days, depending on region & carrier performance

⚠️ Summer Shipping Notice

Warm weather may cause:

• Softening
  
• Melting
  
• Smudged toppings
  
• Slight “deflation” of stuffed cookies
  

This is cosmetic only and does not affect taste or quality.

Stuffed cookies and edible image cookies are shipped at your own risk during high-heat months.

We do not offer replacements or refunds for heat-related issues.

For best results, refrigerate cookies for 15–20 minutes upon arrival.

❄️ Winter Shipping Notice

During the colder months, cookies may arrive firm due to low temperatures in transit. This is completely normal.

For ½-Pound Cookie Bombs:

Our stuffed cookies are made with real butter, which firms up when cold — just like butter straight from the fridge.

This does not mean the cookie is stale.

✔️ Simply let the cookie come to room temperature, or

✔️ Follow the reheating instructions included on each product page / care card.

They will soften back to their gooey, fresh-baked texture.

For Edible Image Sugar Cookies:

Edible image cookies should NOT be reheated.

✔️ Allow them to sit at room temperature until they naturally soften again.

✔️ Do not warm, microwave, or oven-heat them — this can melt the icing base or distort the edible image.

These cookies will return to their normal texture once they warm up naturally.

🛑 Important Reminders

• All sales are final. We cannot cancel, modify, refund, or reroute orders once placed.
  
• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate — we are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  
• Once your package is transferred to the carrier, Sweet on Crumbs™ is not liable for delays, damage, or loss.
  
• If your order arrives damaged, email hello@sweetoncrumbs.com within 24 hours with clear photos of the box, packaging, and cookies so we can assist.
