Shipping Policy
Once an order has been placed, weβre unable to make any modifications (such as changing flavors, quantities, or shipping details). Any adjustments after the fact cause discrepancies in our baking reports β and those reports are our blueprint for the week. They ensure every cookie is baked, packed, and shipped accurately and on schedule.
To keep everything running smoothly, please double-check your order details before checking out.
π Shipping Schedule
- Orders placed by Friday at 11:59 PM EST will ship the following Monday.
- Orders placed after Friday at 11:59 PM EST will ship the Monday after next.
- We do not offer same-day dispatch, weekend shipping, or rush orders.
π Delivery Timelines (Carrier Estimates)
- Within Ontario 1β2 business days (up to 6 for rural areas)
- Outside of Ontario 1β8 business days, depending on region and carrier timelines.
Please note: delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and do not include our production time.

During warmer months, melting of toppings, fillings, and decorative elements may occur. This is cosmetic and does not affect quality or taste. Refrigerate cookies upon arrival if soft.
Stuffed cookies are shipped at your own riskβwe do not offer replacements or refunds for melted or "deflated" cookies.

- All sales are finalβorders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once confirmed.
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- We cannot reroute or make changes once your order has been processed.
- We are not liable for delays, damage, or loss once your package is in transit.
- If your order arrives damaged, contact us at hello@sweetoncrumbs.com within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.
