Welcome to Sweet on Crumbs™! By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined below. Please read carefully before completing your purchase.

1. INTRODUCTION

Sweet on Crumbs™ is a small-batch, Canadian-owned online bakery. All products are handcrafted to order and shipped Canada-wide. These Terms govern your purchase, access, and use of our website, products, and services.

2. ORDER POLICIES

Order Confirmation

  • All orders must be paid in full at checkout.
  • All sales are final. No cancellations, exchanges, returns, or modifications can be made once an order is placed.
  • This includes changes to:


    Flavors


    Quantities


    Edible image themes or designs


    Shipping details


    Discount codes or promotions


  • We do not offer local pickup — shipping only.

Our weekly baking reports are our operational blueprint. Once your order is locked into these reports, changes create inconsistencies that disrupt production, preparation, and shipping schedules.

3. MADE-TO-ORDER PROCESS

All cookies are made to order. Nothing is pre-baked or pre-stocked.

  • We operate in small weekly batches, with limited quantities and limited design spots available each week.
  • Once weekly capacity is reached, ordering will close until the next cycle.
  • ½-lb Cookie Bombs are heat-sealed for freshness and may be reheated or frozen upon arrival.
  • Edible Image Cookies have very limited weekly spaces to allow proper time for image prep, printing, and design work.
  • Edible Image Cookie availability refreshes every Wednesday after the weekly cut-off.
    Wednesday is the best day to secure a spot for the upcoming week.
  • Edible Image Cookies should not be reheated, as heat may distort the edible images. Allow them to soften naturally at room temperature if firm upon arrival.

4. ORDER CUT-OFFS & SHIPPING SCHEDULE

Sweet on Crumbs™ ships once per week — Mondays.

Different product types have different weekly deadlines:

½-Pound Cookie Bombs

  • Order by Friday at 11:59 PM EST → Ships the following Monday
  • Orders placed after this cut-off ship the Monday after next

Edible Image Cookies

  • Order by Tuesday at 11:59 PM EST → Ships the following Monday
  • Limited weekly spots available to ensure proper prep, printing, and design time

We do not offer:

  • Same-day dispatch
  • Weekend shipping
  • Rush orders

5. SHIPPING POLICIES

Transit Times

We ship through Canada Post, Purolator, ChitChats, UniUni, and UPS.

Estimated delivery timelines (carrier estimates only):

  • Ontario: 1–2 business days (up to 6 for rural areas)
  • Outside Ontario: 1–8 business days

Delivery times shown at checkout do not include production lead time.

Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address before checkout.

Sweet on Crumbs™ is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Carrier rerouting errors
  • Failed deliveries due to address issues
  • Packages marked “delivered” that are not received

We cannot edit or reroute orders once they have been processed.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

Once your package is handed to the carrier, Sweet on Crumbs™ is not liable for:

  • Delays
  • Damage
  • Loss
  • Theft
  • Spoilage due to delayed delivery

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with clear photos.

6. WEATHER-RELATED CONDITIONS

☀️ Summer Shipping Notice

Heat may cause:

  • Melting
  • Softening
  • “Deflating”
  • Decorative smudging

This is cosmetic and does not affect quality or taste.

Stuffed cookies and edible image cookies are shipped at your own risk during warm months. No refunds or replacements are provided for heat-related issues.

Retrieve packages promptly and refrigerate soft items for 15–20 minutes.

❄️ Winter Shipping Notice

Cold temperatures may firm up cookies due to their real-butter content.

  • ½-lb Cookie Bombs: Allow to reach room temperature or warm per care instructions.
  • Edible Image Cookies: Do NOT heat. Let them soften naturally at room temperature only.

Cold cookies are not stale — they simply need to warm up.

7. REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

Because our products are perishable and custom-made:

  • All sales are final.
  • We do not offer refunds, replacements, exchanges, or cancellations.

If a quality issue arises, contact us within 24 hours with photos and details.

While refunds are not guaranteed, we will review concerns on a case-by-case basis.

8. FOOD ALLERGY DISCLAIMER

Our bakery handles common allergens, including:

Eggs, Milk, Wheat, Soy, Peanuts, Tree Nuts

Cross-contamination may occur.

By ordering, you acknowledge and accept this risk. Sweet on Crumbs™ is not liable for allergic reactions.

9. DIGITAL CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content — including photos, text, graphics, branding, and designs — is the exclusive property of Sweet on Crumbs™ and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

We reserve the right to use photos of our products for marketing or promotional purposes.
